沈礼权,男,上海大学通信与信息工程学院副研究员、硕士生导师。
2008
年于上海大学获信号与信息处理专业博士学位,被评为上海市优秀博士学位论文,

年获选上海市青年科技启明星人才计划。
主要研究领域为数字视频编码理论和应用算法,主持了近
