个人简介
      沈礼权,男,上海大学通信与信息工程学院副研究员、硕士生导师。 2008 年于上海大学获信号与信息处理专业博士学位,被评为上海市优秀博士学位论文, 2011 年获选上海市青年科技启明星人才计划。
          主要研究领域为数字视频编码理论和应用算法,主持了近 10 项科研项目,其中包括国家自然科学基金项目 2 项、上海市科技启明星人才计划、上海市教委创新项目 2 项( 1 项重点)以及上海市自然科学基金项目等。
      在国际、国内重要学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文 90 余篇,其中以第一作者发表论文 32 篇(包括 SCI 检索论文 21 篇,其中 T-CSVT T-IP T-MM IEEE Trans. 论文 8 篇以及 EI/ISTP 检索的国际会议论文 8 篇),发表的论文被 SCI 引用 146 次,其中单篇最高 SCI 引用 18 次,还被 SCOPUS 引用 251 次, GOOGLE 引用 450 次;编著的《二维和三维视频处理及立体显示技术》于 2010 年由科学出版社出版。申请发明专利 9 项,其中已授权的发明专利 4 项。提交国际标准化提案和国内标准化提案 10 余项。申请人长期担任多媒体领域顶级期刊 IEEE Trans. Image Processing T-IP , IEEE Trans. Multimedia (T-MM), IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (T-CSVT) 以及国际著名期刊 ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing Communications and Applications, IEEE Signal Processing Letter (SPL), Signal Processing: Image Communication (SPIC) Journal on Visual Communication and Image Representation, Journal Election Imaging (JEI) IET Image Processing 的审稿工作;以及担任 2012 IFTC 国际会议的程序委员会委员等。
   2008 年获得钱伟长校长奖学金; 2009 年获得上海市优秀博士论文; 2011 年获得上海市科技青年启明星称号;是 2012 年获得上海市科技进步二等奖的主要成员。
