摘要:
Memory devices is essential for modern electronics. The flash memory has many advantages over the conventional DRAMs and SRAMs such as the low power consumption and small device size. In this talk, two types of new nonvolatile memories will be presented. The nanocrystals embedded high-k dielectric is important to future generation high-density ULSICs. The floating-gate a-Si:H TFT, which was first reported in my group, is applicable to low temperature fabricated products such as the large area flat panel displays. The operation principles, device physics, and reliability of these devices will be discussed.
