报告摘要:Recently, thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitter consisting of pure organic compounds have been considered as an alternate technology to harvest all the molecular excitons without the use of expensive platinum group metals and are thus able to realize an internal quantum efficiency (IQE) of 100%. Here, we developed a series of pyrimidine-based deep blue-to-green TADF emitters with CIE of (0.16, 0.15) to (0.36, 0.58). We investigated the structure–property relationship to unlock the potential of pyrimidine-based emitter, and found the exotic photophysical properties compared with a triphenyltriazine analogue. Consequently, we developed a deep blue emitter realizing a PE of 20 lm W–1 at CIE of (0.16, 0.15), and a green emitter exhibiting a PE of over 110 lm W−1 while maintaining extremely low voltages of 2.2 V at 1 cd m−2 and 3.0 V at 1000 cd m−2 at CIE of (0.36, 0.58). Apparently, these performances exceed those of previous TADF devices and are comparable to those of their state-of-the-art phosphorescent devices. We believe that our results can accelerate the development of TADF OLED technology for future lighting applications.
