报告摘要:

Organic/perovskite solar cells as a promising renewable-energy source are under intense development. In order to further improve the photovoltaic efficiencies so as to enable their successful commercialization, significant investments are made to understand interface electronic structures as many key electronic processes, e.g. excition dissociation, charge injection/extraction and recombination occur at interfaces that significantly governing the final power efficiency conversion, in turn a prerequisite for developing high-performance solar cells.

This talk will highlight our latest explorations on interface electronic structures in organic/perovskite solar cells applied by UPS/XPScovering donor/acceptor inerface, electrode interface and interface enegetic degradation. Our work will provideguidance for the design of new materials and devices with high efficiency.

报告人简介

保秦烨,华东师范大学,极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室,研究员,博导。2015-2016年瑞典林雪平(Linköping)大学表面物理与化学部门助理教授,2010年香港城市大学超金刚石及先进薄膜研究中心研究助理。瑞典林雪平大学物理系博士学位,苏州大学材料学院和功能纳米与软物质研究院学士和硕士学位。主要从事基于光电子能谱(UPS/IPES/XPS)、同步辐射X射线吸收谱(NEXAFS)等表界面技术探索有机光电器件(OPV, OLED)关键界面电子结构与光电转换机制。在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy. Mater., Adv. Mater. Interfaces, J. Mater. Chem (A), Org. Electron., Appl.Phys. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中第一作者11篇,引用1000余次,撰写英文学术专著1章。2014年获国家海外优秀自费留学生奖。
