研究背景
   
主要从事有机电子(包含有机发光OLED及光伏OPV)材料与器件应用基础研究,在有机光电材料的分子设计、合成、物性表征以及可溶液加工的有机光电器件制备和物理机制分析上开展了系统的工作。设计并合成了一系列性能优异的有机光电材料,系统研究了材料分子结构、薄膜材料微观形貌以器件结构及器件界面性质等对有机光电器件性能的影响规律,在突破OPV光电转换效率方面取得重要进展。近年来主持/参与包括国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、上海浦江人才计划等省部级以上课题及日本JST项目共10余项;迄今在《Adv. Mater.》、 《Chem. Mater.》、《J. Mater. Chem. A》、《J. Mater. Chem. C》、《Chem.-Eur. J》、《Appl. Phys. Lett.》和《Org. Electron.》等国际权威期刊发表学术论文60余篇,他引900余次,H-index 15;申请发明专利8项,获得授权专利2项;在国际和国内学术会议做讲演报告10余次,包含2次大会邀请报告;学术兼职为《Dyes and Pigments》、《RSC Advances》等学术期刊的特邀审稿人。
