个人简历

北京大学本科和硕士毕业,日本筑波大学和信州大学双博士,日本JSPS特别研究员,北京航空航天大学访问教授,上海大学特聘教授,上海浦江人才获得者(2008)。在日本做研究员期间(2002-2007年),从事日本文部科学省知识创新项目“无机/有机纳米材料和机能器件研究”中的有机半导体激光和有机LEDs. 在器件制备、强脉冲电压下半导体特性、高亮度和有机固态激光方面积累了大量的经验。目前担任上海大学新型显示及应用系统集成教育重点实验室常务副主任,发光新材料与器件技术方向的学术带头人。

研究方向包括有机电致发光和有机半导体激光的应用基础研究,特别是材料的性质和器件的物理的关联性研究,着重探讨人工微结构与高性能的联系,并致力高性能有机发光器件的设计与制备工艺,为深入理解有机发光晶体管和有机半导体激光的物理化学机理,改进与开发OLET 泵浦型有机固态激光器。超高亮度OLED的研究曾被日本每日新闻、日经新闻等十余家媒体报道,微腔OLED的瞬态荧光曾获IEEE学会最佳论文奖。申请发明和实用新型专利30余项,其中8项已经获得授权,曾获得上海市技术发明一等奖。在国内外期刊上发表科研论文230多篇,有200余篇被SCI收录,ESI高被引论文3篇,H-index 21,其中包括Nature Photonics, Cell iScience, Advanced Functional Materials, Chemical Science, Nanoscale, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Applied Physics Letters, Optic Letters,Organic Electronics等刊物的论文,论文被引用近2100多次。目前担任一些国内外期刊的学术编辑或编委,以及审稿人。参加编译出版两本科研著作:《薄膜晶体管及其在平板显示中的应用》,电子工业出版社以及《有机电致发光--从材料到器件》,北京大学出版社。

人才培养

2007年以来,共培养硕士和博士研究生近60名。其中10名硕士研究生全额奖学金在德国、英国、法国、日本、香港等国际知名大学攻读博士学位,12人次获国家奖学金,此外还获得上海市陈嘉庚发明奖、上海市创业大赛铜牌、上海大学创业大赛二等奖、蔡冠森奖学金、上海市优秀毕业生、肯纳卓越奖学金等多项荣誉。
