报告人简介
:
Dr. Delerue (47 years old) obtained his PhD degree in 1989 at the University of Lille, France. He was hired by the CNRS as a permanent researcher at the Institute for Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology (IEMN). He obtained his Habilitation in 1998 and is now “Directeur de Recherche”. Dr. Delerue wrote more than 120 papers receiving more than 5100 citations. He obtained the Ancel prize of the French Society of Physics in 2008 and wrote a book on the physics of nanostructures in (C. Delerue, M. Lannoo, “Nanostructures : Theory and Modelling”, Springer, Nanoscience and Technology, 2004). Dr. Delerue is presently head of the IEMN physics group and is engaged in several European and national projects. His main scientific interest is in theory and calculation of the electronic structure of semiconductor and molecular nanostructures. His works cover various fields on optical, dielectric and electrical properties of semiconductor nanocrystals (Si, II-VI, PbSe, PbS…).
