报告人简历: Prof. Kamata 东京大学博士, Saitama 大学机能材料学科教授,  曾任 是日本发光协会的副理事长,在固态发光领域享有崇高的威望。在电致发光器件、有机太阳能电池以及材料表征方面进行了多年卓有成效的研究。
报告内容:
Two-wavelength excited photoluminescence as a tool for characterizing NRR centers in semiconductor materials without electrodes. The talk includes a part of recent developments on the growth of AlGaN quantum wells and their application to deep UV LEDs.
