摘要:Perovskite/polymer heterojunction photodetectors are particularly very attractive due to their advantages including tuning of optical responses from broadband and desired narrow band detection, design flexibility and low-cost solution fabrication processes. This talk will discuss the formation of perovskite/polymer heterojunction, the buildup of space charges at the perovskite/polymer interface and its role incontrolling the photodetection mechanisms between a broadband and a narrowband mode. The narrowband detection behavior is closely associated with the presence of the space charge accumulation, caused by the imbalanced charge mobility in the heterojunction. The photodetection range can be controlled by adjusting the optical field distribution across the perovskite/polymer region, for example, attaining broadband detection from 300 to 830 nm and a narrowbandnear-infrared detection range from 750 to 900 nm.
